Haley Aplin
Hayley has been with NIS since day one, and has 14 years’ experience in the insurance broking industry. She is a NIBA Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker, who completed her Diploma in Financial Services, Insurance Broking in 2014.
Hayley has a wealth of knowledge and is excellent at implementing the procedures and processes that we use everyday in our brokerage.
Hayley oversees the workflow of the business as the Office Manager as well as working as a senior Broker and servicing her own client base.
Jade Tuite
Jade is a Senior Broker and has been with NIS since 2021.
Jade obtained her Diploma in Financial Services, Insurance Broking in and is a NIBA Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker. Jade is a great mentor to the newer staff members as she is well read in the policy wording department.
As Jade has been working in the industry for 13 years and has a wealth of knowledge to share, we are very privileged to have her on board.
Jade enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
Danielle Arrate
Danielle started with NIS in 2019 with a wealth of customer service experience.
Danielle obtained her Tier 2 qualification in 2021. Danielle is our resident all-rounder who assists in the insurance processing, specialist in the Sugar Cane Crop insurance and is our bookkeeping/administration specialist.
The staff say that Danielle is the most important person as she processes the fortnightly wages.
Michelle Great
Michelle started with NIS in 2020 jumping straight into the reception and claims specialist role. This has evolved into a full-time claims specialist position.
Michelle loves what she does and it shows as has a great relationship with our clients and the insurance partners we deal with.
If you have a claim whilst insured with NIS you know you are in very good hands with Michelle.
Kahlee Lennox
Kahlee came to us in 2021 at the ripe age of 17. Kahlee has just completed her Tier 1 qualification and will go on to complete her Diploma in 2025.
Kahlee looks after renewals for our Business and Farm clients and is always eager to help out her clients any way she can. Kahlee lights up the office with her smile and bubbly personality, she brings so much joy to the office.
Kahlee loves playing touch football and exercising in her spare time.
Holly Alford
Holly started at NIS in 2022 after completing year 12. Holly has just recently attained her Tier 2 qualifications.
We are very proud of Holly’s dedication and commitment to her role.
Holly has great attention to detail and customer service abilities. She is always willing to help and has become a mentor to the newer staff in the office.
When Holly’s not working she enjoys spending time with her pup Bill and catching up with her family.
Meg Blakey
Meg started with NIS in May 2023, after a career in the travel industry.
Meg is our customer service champion and the first point of call as you visit our office. Meg is currently completing her Tier 2 qualification.
Meg is a very quick learner and has taken on the domestic renewal and new business processing with ease. If Meg doesn’t know, she knows where or who to ask.
Meg is a nail technician in her spare time and loves weekends with her dog Winnie and cat Pippa.
Sarah Wright
Sarah started with NIS in May 2023. Sarah works part-time four days per week.
Sarah supports the office with quoting and renewals. Sarah has a wealth of customer service experience which is a valuable asset in our industry.
In her spare time Sarah loves to make slices (rocky road slices are our favourite) and spend time with her family.
Kelli Dabelstein
Kelli started Northern Insurance Solutions Pty Ltd in 2017. She is a NIBA Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker and obtained her Diploma in Financial Services, Insurance Broking in 2012.
Kelli has been working in the General Insurance Industry for 24 years. Kelli is passionate about helping people and ensuring clients are supported in all areas of their insurance requirements.
Kelli’s life goals were to own and operate a successful insurance broking business that consisted of employees that are well educated, nurtured, and have the same values as herself when it comes to the customer.
In her spare time, Kelli likes to exercise and spend time with her family.
